SPOA springss

Hello all! After about a 2 year break I bought my 3rd fsj. No the best looking one but it came with a dana 60 in the front and a sterling 10.5 in the rear. The front is spoa with some really shot leafs and the rear has some sort of shackle flip with again some really bent springs. I am not sure if these are the original springs or not but if someone could give me the measurements I would be very grateful! If they are stock springs I would like to replace them with maybe some bjs stock or 2 inch ones. Will these hold up for very long?
