Axle vent tube doo-hickeys

At the top of the axle vent hose, there is a plastic fitting to let air out, but not water in. Anybody know where I can buy one of these, or anyone have a parts beast I can grab them from?

I can find a bunch at the boneyards. They used them on mid-sized cherokees. On their axles.
When I vent my axles I use enough tubing to run to the top of the fenders and put a curl in it to prevent any water from getting in.
