Hey PC I came accross a ad in a 4x4 mag that makes adaptors to Th400s to Dana 18s,20s and 300 transfer cases. or so the ad implies.
Sorry my scanner work but the phone number on the ad is 559-299-5736 "Rube Adaptor" is the product.
