Bought a set of stock 10 hole Limited wheels and caps at an indoor flea market today. Looks like they will clean up nice, but not sure how they will look on my 83. Almost all of the pics I could find of them on Wagoneers where just old adds. So does any one have a pic of their Jeep with 10 hole wheels?
Thanks.

PM me a email address and I can send pic's of my wag with the 10 holes. Too hard to upload images to IFSJA site @ proper size. Also, you can check my sig link, there is a 3/4 shot of my rig with the 10 holes.

That looks pretty good. Thanks. I buffed out two of the wheels earlier. They need to be hit with some sand paper, but they cleaned up pretty well with just some mothers polish and a low speed buffing wheel.
ArmAir, I'll send you my email in a bit.

Same rims, different Jeep.
Man, I love the Waggy turbine wheels, but those are definately my second favorite wheels. I haven't seen many FSJs with them, and I really dig the look.

Thanks for the pics guys!
I've got two mounted on my Jeep right now (with the stock turbines on the other side untill I polish up the other two 10 holers) and it looks pretty good. Especially with the white walls:thumbsup:
Couldn't really get them to balance though. My sticky weights don't have much effect on the outside balance unless I actually put them on the face of the rim, and I don't want to do that.
I did hit 65 unbalanced and didn't feel any vibes so I'm going to run them like that.
Suz, thanks for posting up that you don't care for these wheels along with a pic of wheels that don't have anything to do with this thread...
but yeah, 5 slots on a W/T Chero rock:fsj:

Just a thought, I do all my own tire changing and do not have a balance machine. An old timer showed me that 1 cup of Antifreeze into the tire before you seat the bead and it balances itself out, just like the ceramic b-bs the crawlers are using.

I was thinking about a cup of clean sand or some such thing. My boss has sand weights on his F350 and once he gets going it works great.

The nice thing with the liquid is that you dont feel a difference at slow speeds.
I could see moisture being an issue.

Yeah, not a bid deal in Arizona, but it wouldn't take long to corrode the aluminum around here.
There has to be some sort of neutral liquid I could use though.
I wonder if a very light (0W-20) oil would work?

The reason I use coolant, is that it is designed to work with aluminum.
