solenoid location?

I'm pretty sure this is a stupid question, but neither I nor my friend can find the bloody thing. Does anyone know where the solenoid is on an '82 waggy (w/ 360)?

Starter solenoid? It would be on the inner fender about 8" from the battery, follow the red(hot) battery cable and it'll lead you right to it. Hope thats the one you're looking for.
