I took some custom ERA brand captain's chairs from my 74 wagoneer parts truck, which I bolted into my 78 wagoneer. They have pivoting arm rests on both sides of the seats. The arm rests on the window sides of the seats are a pain, and I am having trouble removing them. I was told to push in hard at the pivot point and they would release for removal. So far, I'm not having any luck with this technique. Any ideas out there?
