Timing after TFI upgrade

What should timing be after TFI upgrade? Also how do I adjust the carb mixture? TIA

You can also use a vacuum gauge to set the timing with. Hook up the vacuum gauge loosen the distributor and turn till you have maximum vacuum. Back it off about 2" and you're there. As for the carb adjustments which carb do you have?

I have the motorcraft 2150. By attatching the vacuum gauge does that measure the amount of advance that is obtained? Should I move the distributor clockwise or counter-clockwise?
