74 Cherokee bellhousing

I'm wondering if someone could tell me if my '74 Cherokee's TH400 bellhousing will bolt up with any other engines other than the AMC 360, or if it's a unique bolt pattern?

It will bolt up to AMC V8 and AMC I6 258. If you are thinking it will bolt up to a Chevy or something no it will not. ;)

Is it possible to take the insides out of the AMC TH400 and put them into a Chev TH400 case, and then bolt up a Chev 350?

Or, is there bellhousing adapters available to go from an AMC bellhousing to Chev bolt pattern?

I either need to rebuild my 360 or replace it with something else... I guess I'm just trying to get an idea of what options are available.

Yes, you can put the guts in either a Chev or BOPC case so you could use any GM motor.
