Howdy Folks,
I'm new to the wagoneer and am looking for some advice. I have a 1951 for pickup cab, set on a 64 wagoneer chassis with a stake bed body. I love the truck. It has a Chevy 350 with an adapter to what I think is a T90. It has a chevy power steering pump, with ford power steering gear, custom made pitman arm and I think Chevy tie rods.

I'm want to do 2 things so I can drive it daily
1) front Disc
2) higher gears (won't go over 60) on the highway.

I could do the chevy disc swap if I was going to keep my original axles, but I think I need to change my carrier because I have 4.10 gears. Is there an easy way to swap front and rear axles, get highway gears and disc brakes?

Thanks,

I would just find some later post '75 FSJ Wagoneer axles. Save a lot of headaches.

Your Wagoneer chassis doesn't happen to have IFS, does it. It was a Wagoneer option back then.
