Vent Window Removal?

Trying to get into small places under weatherstripping to remove paint but having a hard time cause you cant remove the vent window weather stripping without removing the vent window (or ripping it)
searched and some older threads have invalid pic links now

its a tricky - kinda slotted like the old fashoned key holes from victorian houses. the clip has a tab that you have to lift up, then slide the clip back till you are out of the slot and into the "hole":p :p :p

have plenty of ber and bad words with you...it either goes very easy or very badly :o :o

just try and get the window to a convienent "working position":)
