Temp. Gauge gone Bad?

I have no reading on my temp gauge. I replaced the sending unit last night. Still doesnt work. Followed the wiring to the firewall, what a night mare. Where do I look next? :confused: All other gauges work o.k.

check the connections on the back of the gauge cluster... mine were all loose on the 8 prong connecter... I carefully re-soldered all connectors back to the circuit paper and haven't had any guage problems since 97...

temp gauge gone bad!! What will happen next, will it take its anger out on the other guages, or just be verbally abusive...stay tuned!!!

seriously, check the grounds, did you use teflon tape to install? that will block ground from the sender unit.
