OK...I cant afford the $500-$750 that it would cost to get a 4 inch lift. Would it be cheaper to do the SOA and if so, what mods would I have to do to the wag? How much work is involved asside from putting the springs on top? I'm getting impatient with no lift. Every time I think I'm gonna finally be able to buy the lift, something always comes up. Very frustrating.
I think i'll get rid of the wife and kids..lol

There are a couple of good recent threads on this. Lots of info if you do a search for SOA.

for now you could run 31s, that will give you a bit more traction and clearance, just don't flex the suspention out too far, or they will rub, but you could trim a bit off the fenders.
