i hear how qjets are better than normal carbs offroad, why is this?

Quadra-Jets are a trademark name by rodchester. I believe you mean spread bore carbs, which applies to all the carbs of that type.

It has a center hung float to start with. Not front and rear or side hung. So off camber situations dont effect it as much. As its kinda in the middle point.

They also have very tiny primaries so it makes it easy to baby the throttle, it also gives it goood low end throttle response. Although once the massive secondaries open throttle responce goes away for the most part, but it lets in a LOT of fuel/air.
