Timing procedure for '90 Grand Wagoneer

My ’90 GW is running rough and stalls. I thought I would start by timing it. I have the Technical Service manual but the for the life of me, I can’t find the complete timing procedure like in all my other Tech Manuals.

Any help with step by step?
