bad miss

My 88 waggy has a bad miss, like a cilinder is not firing for a few min of the evenings leaving work. (a semi-fouled plug maybe?? from worn ring? or rings)I say this because I drive on the interstate at 70-75mph to work and my office is only 15 seconds from the exit. Of the mornings and any other time theres no problem, I think its because of slower speeds off the interstate. Could this be oil blow by??? The motor seems fairly strong, have not performed a compression test. the odometer reads 130k I don't know the history of repair.

I think you're right on the money. If you pull all your plugs and find one with a lot of carbon build up clean it or replace it and see if it misses in the next few days.
