I sold my M715 about 5-6 years ago and I have regretted it every day since. A local guy bought it but has since moved away. I figured I would give it a shot here to see if he may be a member or if someone remembers somebody buying it. It was in decent shape with the exception of a fist size hole behind the passenger seat and a couple of pin holes in the rockers. The motor was locked up but complete. The buyer said he was going to drop either a 6.2 gm diesel or a ford big block into it and use it on his property in the mountains. They loaded it onto a trailer from my parents front yard and they used a diesel dodge to tow it. The rear driveshaft was bent from the government moving it with a forklift. It had a clear SC title. There was red paint under the green from being a forest service truck.
If this sounds familiar to you drop me a PM. I would like to know if the truck still exists or if it is for sale.
Thanks

I sold mine for 1100 if I remember correctly. A local bought it but has since moved away. The truck was not really anything special it just had a decent body and little rust. I built custom chains for the tailgate that used carabiners and were wrapped in rubber and I replaced the fuel filler and a few other smalls. It would be nice to find one close/cheap/clean that I can pick up where I left off with the other one. I really just need a good frame and body as I am going to swap everything else anyways.

Don't feel bad, for all we know, the new owner may have turbocharged the vehicle, and then vanished off the face of earth with it.

Nope. I know him. I went to one of his m715 wrenching parties the week I bought my m715. I think he moved away too.
