I have adjusted the two primary barrels properly. When I open the secondarys while driving the Jeep bogs down, like it is getting too much fuel. Is there an adjustment for the secondaries? Any suggestions on what else could be the problem? I have set the timing and tuned it with new plugs, wires, cap, and rotor. Oh, yea. It is a 600cfm.

The secondary opening rate is controlled by a spring in a housing on the passenger-side of the carb. Holley sells an assortment of secondary springs, and even a quick-release cap for easier spring-changes.

Older model Holley uses a power valve. It may have a leak.
