The drivers side rear is sitting about 3/4" lower than the passanger side. The axle is square underneath the truck and the shackles ar both at the same angle.

I am pretty sure that the pass side stock shackle hanger is bent slightly and that may be causing some issues, but what else could the problem be?

Have you checked your springs yet?
I had that same problem, and after I looked closely at my springs I noticed they weren't right.

It took me awhile to figure out that something was wrong as it didn't just stand out.

check what about them? I never removed the springs from the axle

Check to see if one is worn more than the other.

thats what i was thinking, but the truck sat level before I started the lift. I am thinking about swithcing the springs anyways because the of the weight of the gas in the tank and what not.

The only thought though is that it sat level before...

are they the original springs?

My leans too. It seemed easier to see with the shackle flip.

Yup stock springs

When I did my SF, the drivers side leans a little as well. Not sure what kind of gas tank you are running, but I have the coffin tank that runs along the drivers side. 20-something years of holding gas has an effect on the drivers side springs. At some point, I want to replace all four springs with new ones. For what its worth, I think my drivers side was about a half inch lower on the right side as well.

Driverside spring (unless new) is always more worn due to the constant weight of the fuel tank and driver. With the shackle flipped now it's not only more easy to see but the forces on the spring are different.
Swap them side to side.

Same thing I did to make the 73' sit level. Also, check the pack to ensure none of the leafs are broken. Hard to see unless you take the center pin out, but try the swap first.

I've got a 4" spring lift that does the same thing. . . not even a full year old. Kinda annoying huh?

After spending all that money on the lift, now I am thinking about a rear gas tank to center the weight of the fuel.

Mine did the same. It's really easy to fix:

Just install a 3/4" lift block and forget about it. It's cheap, easy to do, barely noticeable, and I haven't seen any side effects.

You might even be able to do it using your current U bolts.

I figured it out! Truck sits level. What I did was stick some 3/8" plate underneath the drivers side bracket.
