i have a friend who has 2 limited slips from a military truck, but he doen't know what one is, or what they are from. i coulde't figure it out either. one is a tracklock but the other looks completly wierd to me. these are the numbers we found on the gears and cariers if someone has a cross reference book or something. the tracklock which is the smaller of the 2 has 373 on the gear as well as these other number. unit 1 is (041 2a on the case and 52086 dana d 30316 b8an118 419 374)i would guess its a dana 44 tracklock for a 373 setup. here is the one that i cant figure out.unit 2 is (1177 1 22 90spicer t34842ma1bb430 41-9 on the case is 08494 -m-) this one is nothing i have ever seen, i looks like it has a very large spring inside with a turbine looking houseing end.

I would sart with the BOM. When I picked up the D70, I got the BOM and looked that up. The part #s didn't match so I phoned Dana Corp. They were very helpful. We determined the BOM was for a motor home, but should not have come with the locker. The military gets odd combo's sometimes.
