Mojave Road Trip

I took my 78' Cherokee and lent my wifes 78' CJ5 to a friend and his son to drive. Two more friends came along one in a 88' Cherokee and the other in a 69' Bronco we took out last Wednesday afternoon and ran the Mojave road from the Colorado river in Laughlin Nevada to Yermo Californa. The MR is only about 130 miles long but with a few side trips I logged 164 miles. We had a few minor mechanical issuses and one night of 50 mph plus winds but over all its was a good offroading trip. We have been doing the MR every year the week before Thanksgiving week its just a bit cool at night but the days are great. Any one wanting to join the our group come on . I will post a reminder as the time draws near.

Thanks I'll get a few other photo's up of the trailer. The loaded tongue weight is around 120 lbs. The photo does not show the 6 five gallon water cans that I got stuck with. With my 2 gas and 1 water can’s on the rear bumper and those 6 inside It dropped my butt about 6 inches. The trailer has a 12 gallon water tank inside.
