Came across this tidbit today. A step in the right direction....sort of
"Jeep Government & Military Sales (JGMS)
According to JGMS, an undisclosed number of Jeep J8 vehicles are to be supplied to the Jordanian Royal Guard for border patrol operations. JGMS would not comment on exact specifications of the J8 for the Royal Guard units but said they would be fitted with 5.7 litre V8 petrol HEMI engines, long range fuel tanks and ‘zoned’ armour protection."
