Glad to find a site where people share my taste in Jeeps

It was used in Off Road racing over here and I have moved it on...

I miss it so much that I have just started a rebuild on a new J truck which I'll post heaps of build photo's of as I get though it.

I also have a 86 Wagon as well.

Just found this website yesterday, looking for some info on suspension. I imported an '82 J10 "long box" from the US a couple of weeks ago. Sourced it on jeeptruck.com from a good old boy in Yakima. Took a bit to convince him the deal wasn't a scam, but he's now my new best friend. The truck is almost as good as the day he was born, original, no rust and not molested. I'm well into the "resto", all body panels off and being sand blasted in my factory (in between "work" work). I've got an worn out '81 Cherokee Chief (owned it since '82) as a donor to convert the truck to right hand drive and will post some pics along the way.
