As i was washing my wifes Montero today, i looked at FROGZILLA and thought "shoiuld i wash the FROG?". I think i am sick in the head, i know that by the end of the weekend it will be covered in mud and filth. So, i washed it:D, and now i feel much better.:fsj:

Then wash it again after the weekend is over. I'm sure you will have to constantly wash it...

I have to clean off the oil spots on the back of Setsuna, and it's worse when dirt is there.

There must be a virus going around within the FSJ group. Yesterday I washed mine for the first just to see what was underneath. Been driving ti for 3 years.

When I wash mine it doesn't start.

You know come to think of it my 78 did the same thing when I was younger and washed it too. HUH!!

May it's me and not the Jeeps?

I've had this happen more than once...take the old girl to the carwash and have to wait until everything dries off real nice before she'll start back up...

One should blast off the top soil occasionally to combat the evils of rust, but if I was expecting to go muddin' in a day or two, I would not waste the water. Do it when you get back and that badge of honor feeling is gone.

wish id taken a pic,to show the difference... but after replacing the dry rotted fuel lines under the hood on my 79 that has been setting outside the p.o.'s barn since 01'. when i shut the hood i was noticing how rough the paint felt, & knowing it was gonna cost me more work,i just could not keep from spot shining a place on the front corner of the hood.amazing how 30yr old paint can look.. now just have to find about 30hrs free time to finish it.

I like the patina of a polished up lead-based auto paint myself.
