Hi all;
I've built and wheeled XJ's for several years now and I've always wanted a FSJ, I finally got my wish when I came across this 85' GW. It came with a rebuilt 360, very clean interior and only needs minor work to be road ready. I've got to replace the exhaust and fab up a skid plate for the gas tank, replace both rockers, give it a good tune up, etc, etc, etc. After I work out all the bugs I plan on a small lift and no bigger than 33" tires. This will be a family daily driver and tow rig for the lastest XJ I'm building and I'm very happy I finally found a FS.

if you just plan on towing and commuting, i would just leave it alone and not lift it.

I started on the skid plate today, I"ll finish it one night this week. I think I'll order the exhaust from BJ's and then replace the rockers later on. I can't wait to drive this on a daily basis.
