winch mounting

I just bought an 8000 lbs winch. I'm having trouble finding the relay between the remote and the winch, but that is another problem. My question is what is the best way to mount this thing on a 1982 Wago. The front end is completely stock.

I went with a custom bumper. Had a friend locally that had it on his chevy. We just changed a few things and it works great. There are several people on here with winches, get some pics from them. I think I have one shot of my front, click on link in my signature below. Dennis
