Jeep Finally on the Road!!!

I got my jeep registered today after 5 hours at the dmv. Run's great, but the master cylinder leaks like a siv now, and I know that I need a new booster too. Also my spedometer (that I fixed) isn't workin again).

I spent enough makinn her street legal the past week that my funds are too low to get the booster and the cylinder, so I'll do what I can till next week. Just glad to finally have her cruisin' around CT and turnin' heads (probably cause of the primer spots and rust hahaha).

congrats! best of luck with the parts. maybe someone in your area or a salvage yard can help you out with reduced fundage. :)

way to go! i finally got my waggy roadworthy again! i still need to renew the tags, but i'm registered in a non-emissions testing area, so all i hafta do is go pay $20 and get a new sticker.:thumbsup:

I envy you. I've had my current cherokee for 2 years now and it still isnt legal (pending new exhaust and windshield). I'm sure my neighbors are tired of me tearin up and down the street. Congrats!

just got my 70 4600 on the road after replacing the mc and fuel pump. She runs like a champ, when the funds get replentished she'll need a bunch of body work.
