Another A/C Question

Hey guys

Today I ran the A/C and noticed the floor mats on the passenger side where wet. Well I looked and under the A/C vents is a small plastic tube just sticking out. It had no hose attached and there is where drops of water come out. Does anyone know if there is some kind of hose that attaches to that tube? And if so where would it lead to?

Yea there is a drip tube that runs outside, through the floor about directly below the small plastic tube you now see. Look for a hole in the floor ;)

directly below??..I have to remove the carpet?
How long a hose will i need??Im gonna go outside and see it again

On mine the tube goes through the firewall and empties under the hood.

OK...I found two holes...I assume one is for the A/C drain....whats the other one for?? and since I'm down there is there another way to strap down that cruise control module?? That duct tape no longer sticks.
