Hello everyone, I never really introduced myself....

My name is Evan, and I've been around cars my entire life, I'm Master ASE & L1, ect..

Currently living outside Chicago and just bought my first FSJ in Feb. 2010. My wife and I have wanted one for years. (see photo link below)
I always enjoy helpling others, feel free to ask.

I am currently doing a mechanical rebuild on it, engine, trans, front suspension, ect. Once that is done I'll get on to the bodywork.

This is a great community here and people are always friendly and helpful.

That must be the 85/86 version. I have an 87 and a 90 and they both have the fancy style.
