Anybody got any ideas on a simple way to raise the rear on my 87 GW an inch or two without adding springs?

I have 2 inch lift blocks on the back of my chero. The back sits a bit higher then the front, but when towing it sits level. Blocks and new u-bolts will cost around 80-90 bucks prolly.

Another idea is air shocks, I have some on my 88GW from PO, it is up about 1 1/2 to 2 inches and still rides decent, haven't flexed it much yet. Eventualy I'm going to replace them with a lift. They shoud be about $100.

You can get them from several different offroad places. Rustys off road also has them for our rigs.

I've got a set of 1" and 2" lift blocks. (were stacked before I sprang for new suspension). Would let one or the other go for $15 plus shipping. Also had airshocks on the back of the GW before that. Got them at PepBoys for 30 or so each. Brought them up to my firehouse for possible use on our cascade truck but they never made it on there. I can look and see if they're still around. Email if interested.
