Side marker lights?

So tonight I was going to the store, and I noticed that one of my front turn signals were constantly on. However when I turned the e-lights on, the signal blinked. are all of the side markers and the front turn signals supposed to be on?

All of the side lights and the front turn lights should come on with the light switch pulled out. The front one looks like it is too bright. The bulb might be in 180* backwards. Check the other bulbs and clean the sockets real good.
