So last fall when I decided to go extended cab I took then box off the truck and built a flatbed type deal so I could keep using the truck. This lead me to the idea of building a step-bed for it, which I liked so much I made a full 8' and cut the sides off my flat and put the step sides on use over the winter.
Now this weekend I took the step sides off to shorten / reinforce and do the final body work and construction of the short box, so I screwed the original sides back on the flatbed........

Not sure what to call it but I think I have a bad case...

I do know it is hard to work on a truck and use it at the same time.

In your case it may just be trying to do the job right, a rare commodity these days.

:D Sounds like a bad case of JDR (Job Done Right). Highly contagious when others are exposed, but don't worry it's not airborne yet. Masks are not required just blinders.:D
