Just wanting to be sure. I was working on pulling the pulley system off of My doner (83) rig & was going to put it on MY rig (80). I found out that the 83 has a 4 bolt harmonic balancer where the 80 has a three bolt balancer. There shouldn't be any issues in changing the balancer?????????
The plan is that the 83 can run a two belt ALT, AC & PS belts where the 80 has just a single belt for each one. The harmonic balancers should interchange right?
Thanks:thumbsup:

Hmmm....
Other than the bolt pattern, do they look the same?

Just so you know, the power steering is not a double belt setup. One belt drives the power steering off the crank/water pump, the second groove is to drive the air pump that is supposed to be mounted under the power steering pump.
Since you live just down the road from me, you wouldn't happen to have a spare rear drive shaft slip yoke would you? I blew the front joint and it took out the front yoke on my shaft.
