What does everyone feel is a good price for a Steering wheel in Good shape out of a late 70's Wagoneer. Its in a Upull junk yard. I think he is going to be tough because he wanted $20 a piece for the hub caps.

If its in good shape, I dont think that up to $20 would be reasonable.

Wow those are some steep prices. My favorite yard only charged me $44 for a complete Rhino grill setup minus the head light buckets which weren't there. My second favorite yard here in Utah has some higher prices but still not bad. If you go to www.tearapart.com (http://www.tearapart.com) they actually have set prices on everything so that could maybe give you a starting point, and they only charge $5.99 for a steering wheel, and $2.99 for a hub cap. But they also don't care what is in there yard. This yard you are going to the guy obviously knows that people would be willing pay more for old jeep parts than maybe some old chevy pickup parts. Unless he just likes to push his prices if people are willing to pay it.

Is this a pick-n-pull yard? They have pricing on their website now, I've noticed with the you-pull-it yards I get nickel and dimmed to death on little stuff, but if you buy a complete engine with all accessories the price isn't too bad

Well considering Jeep did not have a Gray wheel in 1976, and it looks like a leather wheel that had the leather stripped off, leaving the goofy hard plasitc that Jeep used under the leather wheel's, I think it is a great deal
