Finally tore down the tranny in my 65 (t400)to find what the problem was. I had previously rebuilt the ol Q/T thinking it was the cause, nope, so I changed the tranny and put in the D20. The cause of all the noise was I blew all the splines off the output shaft on the INSIDE of the trans (not the t/case end)never seen this before.
