Jets and Metering Rods for Edelbrock 1406

Hey Guys,

I'm wondering if anyone knows the best combination of jets and metering rod sizes for an Edelbrock 600cfm 1406 w/electric choke. Used in combination with an Edelbrock SP2P Manifold and Edelbrock Performer Cam. Going on a 360. I don't want to have to do too much dinking around with the carb after I bolt it on.

Forgot to add: no emissions equipment at all.

Alot comes into play here, elevation, what you have your timing set at, summer/winter, exhaust, etc... I have tried all kinds of combo's and it takes time to dial it in, really I think that's the fun stuff. ;) Bolt it on out of the box and go from there, every rig is different. You'll get real good at changing jets/rods/springs!!! :cool:
