Yep, its a rattle can paint job for now. Aluminum Jackmans (Thanks again Baja Brad!) and the $77 Kumhos. Unseen is the Weber conversion (Thanks again Mark!) and the 5 gallons of wiring I removed with factory robo-carb.
Came with a plow, which I sold for $150...
258, 4 speed, NP208.
Whee....

The story is that I went to look at a 87 GW that was described as "...in good shape, no rust, $850...".
Got there to find a VERY pregnant lady and unhappy looking guy in a Miata looking it over.
Of course it was beyond excellent. And they got it.
I let it go because I saw up the hill about 15 FSJs...
I asked if he had any others for sale and there it is: a 2 door Cherk originally sold to the WV forest service with a plow.
I'm going back to negotiate for a rust free J-20 that needs a starter ring.
I'll report on the outcome.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder...
It was, indeed, green.
Some paint, some mold...

I like it!
Looks clean for a West Virginia rig...where the roads have more salt that pretzels in the winter!
You could probably tackle the scenic railway with that thing.
(Been from that area for years, now.)
