Gsmikie--- The Tranny God!!!

Well... the topic says it all!!! :D Myself and Desert Freak took a two hour drive to go see "The tranny God" ;) today to work on my TH400... Mike is a GREAT guy and a WEALTH of knowledge.

I had my TH400 and the guts from a donor and the new tailshaft to mate to my Dana20 I am swapping in place of my ( or should I say Desert Freak's) QT. :D

As the tranny came apart... Mike was VERY detailed on the workings of every part he touched! My ears were ooaing ATF by the time we (he) was done with the rebuild...

All I can say is ..... WOW!!! He knows his trannys...he even knew that my wag sat for many years without driving just from looking at certain traits of part within!

Really glad I brought donor guts... though nothing was wrong with my tranny he had found a few things that would have been BIG trouble in the near future.. and proved it!

Mike... thanks so much for the knowledge and experience I gained today... though I feel (now) I could do it on my own with proper tools...lack of experience still leads me back to letting the experts do this jobs.... experts like you... thanks a million!!!

gmkiller you know i go to mexico every week and i could just stop on my way home and rebuild your trans like i did porkchops besides i know how busy people are when they have to go to work ????(spelling) just let me know

hey i know what its like to work i have to put up with it every day you know like at burger kink...motel 6 ......winchelles ......subway ..seems like every time i try to do somthing i have to wait because someone is working on it ......so i know how busy one can get ive seen it ....now in mexico you never have to wait i guess everybody is retired
