Sure, there have been lot's of creative body lifts developed over the years by folks here.
Assuming this is one of your 63 panels there are a couple things to watch out for.

Most importantly, the steering column, on older rigs the joint that allows it to swivel/flex is a ball & trunion style joint, this will not take much more angle than it has already.

Watch your brake lines, Great Googley MoogleyGreat Googley MoogleyGreat Googley MoogleyGreat Googley Moogleyer linkage, misc wires in the engine compartment & between body and frame, you can do this pretty easily with a floor jack and a nice chunk of wood, one side at a time.

You'll probably want new body bushings (stock rubber mounts) from 63, they are going to be hardend little chunks that are not absorbing any vibration anymore.

I don't know if that has ever been decided, seems to be two schools of thought. Grade 8 are strong and offer good breaking strength but most body lifts come with grade 5 which MIGHT offer better twisting strength. I ended up with grade 5 when I did my body lift, also cheaper for the bolts. I think either has is's advantages so the choice is yours I would only choose between these two grades though.
