Real quick, does anyone know the spline count of the front output on a Dana 20?

It' depends on what year, later ones are 16 I believe.

did they ever come 26 spline?

...I don't think so. I thought it was just early and late, but I could be mistaken.

Jon It's ten remember we laughed at you because of the QT input is 10 spline and you where so proud of your new D20 till we pulled the yokes off and they where 10 spline :D

I know the rear is 10 but i didnt remember if the front was too...some of them use both I guess from what im reading.
