I've finally finished the drive train!

D60/14bolt both have detroits and 5.38's
GM NV4500 and Atlas 4 speed 10:1
Rear drive shaft has 1410 joints
Front drive shaft has a 1350CV on the Atlas and a 1310 on the D60.
Holley Truck Avenger carb (which is awesome BTW)
I"m still running my old AMC 360, but have a new one in the garage :D
2" BJ's SOA up front and 63" chevy springs in the back.

We headed up to Lefthand Canyon and had a BLAST! Didn't have any issues at all. Everything worked flawlessly.

I took 286C which has a bunch of steep climbs with some wet spots. Man that 4 speed Atlas sure offers plenty of gearing choices. I can go as slow or fast as I need. When the Atlas is in low, low, low and the NV4500 in first, it's a 300:1 crawl ratio

Here are some pics - enjoy!

The atlas was pricy. I think all said and done it was just over $3,500. I swapped in the NV4500 at the same time, so I only had to by drive shafts once.

I still need to buy a new PSC box, then I will install my hydro assist steering. :D

For those of you in Colorado, and have been to Lefthand Canyon, this pic was taken at the entrance to a cave. It's at the first 5 points, you go down the dead end road. I climbed the entrance with it in low low low and just idled up without giving it any gas.

That's a 3' tall rock the tire is on.

Not a fan of the trim job personally, but I love the truck otherwise. Nicely built!

I'm not happy with the trim job either. I'm gonna be bending some tube into an exo soon. Maybe I can fix it.
