So I upgraded the coil and wires today, just universal Accel trash, but an upgrade none the less. When I got to the plugs though I was only able to comfortably get 4 of 8 out. 1,3,5,6 cylinders came out with just above average use of bad words. The others are all but seized. If I really lean into it they turn, but this really scares me. Any tips on how to gently remove these stuck plugs????

Try P/B and let it soak. If that fails, mechanics gloves, a long sleve shirt, and a warm block should get it done.

And once you get them out, forever more use anti-seize compound on the threads. (Sorry if that was too obvious.)

Install the plugs again......Run the motor until warm...Blow the debris from around the plugs in question...Soak the stubborn plug pockets in mystery oil...wait an hour...Use a 1/2" drive ratchet and approp size extention w/plug socket w/ rubber shock shield and turn them out...if they don't start to move right...more oil and try again...they need to come out eventually so at some point you will just have to go for it!!! :D

Thanks, I need to get myself some good penetrating oil and I'll borrow a 1/2" drive, all I have is 3/8. They definitely have to come out, just 4 changed made a big difference.
