One more question! as i was trying to take off the body mount bolts we couldn't find where we could get access to the nut on the bolt. so we decided to just cut the bolts off. so how do you put the body mounts on is my question? my dad and i were unsuccessful in finding where the bolts bolt into. thanx

So you saying you cut the blot head off all your body mounts or just the 2 in the far back, or all on one side...?

The nuts are welded to the frame. The two that tend to give everyone a hard time are the 2 at the way back. Usually you have to cut through the frame to access them if the weld breaks from rust.

If you cut the head off the bolts, I'd tell you to get a good locking pair of locking pliers?

Everyone has their preference and here's mine. I'm a cheap bastard so I went to a marine supply store and got boat rollers. You can cut them to suit (I used this for a 1-1/2" body lift. About $13 Canadian for a 12" length.
