Which Headers for GW with 360

I'm getting ready to pull the engine out of my 86 GW for a complete rebuild. I'm planning on making some minor performance upgrades. New intake/carb and maybe some headers with hi flow cats (I live in emission test area). Does anyone know what headers will fit without modifications, bending, cutting, re-routing? If anyone has done this type of swap, would it be easier to put the headers on before installing the engine, or after the engine is mounted. A specific brand and part number would be great. Also I am thinking about upgrading to an HEI ignition system. Again, anyone done this? If so, is there a direct bolt in plug in distributor that you could recommend? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Have you seen anything on the TFI ignition upgrade?

Doesn't cost much mor then a regular tune up, and well worth it.

Do a search on Team Rush,or TFI.

Also have Thorley Tri Y's. Gotta take off the passenger side header to get past the heater box. Don't dump in stock location though so some exhaust fabbing necessary.
