360 fsj spark knock tech ref - help

Ok, I got all the pieces parts installed per the tech ref article and am about to take it to smog. But, before i do, i need to fill out the auth. repair. tag..Anybody in CAlif. ever filled it out...if so, how did you do it?

Up here in northern California, no inspection was ever detailed enough to examine the model of EGR valve or vacuum delay valve to notice whether or not the kit was installed. In fact, they have never noticed I have a 4 barrel carb installed under the stock air cleaner. I'd say you have nothing to worry about as long as it's running clean and looks stock.
