Hi all, just a friendly reminder that we need to know what model FSJ you have, and what year it is, since this might make a difference in the answer that you get.

Some differences are minor/cosmetic, but some were major, and can really affect the advice that needs to be given.

I'd hate to give advice, not knowing all the facts, and have someone follow the bad advice, and end up with a real mess, or worse, a damaged rig, or life.

Stepping/falling off of the soapbox now. ;)

Lindel, Agree with you on this. Alot that I've learnt about my Jeep has been by trying to diagnose prob's that have been posted. I do this by refering to my Haynes manual. Fast track learning even if I don't suffer from the problem posted. Its abit hard when the year and model are not mentioned in the question or the sig.

Just update your signature with the basic info. It will save alot of typing! :D

Actually, what you have in your signature is perfect. Gives the year, and what equipment is on the truck.

That way, we can give whatever "custom" advice/answer you need, assuming we know, of course. ;)

My sig would be 2 pages long if I listed all the mods and years on my 65/64/66/67/69/70/71/76/77/78/79/80 Wag and not all the parts are from Jeeps :D
