Power Steering - Quick question

I went to replace the leaking, high presure Power Steering hose last night, and cant figure how to get a wrench on the the top fitting. The upper end of the hose coming out of the reserviour. It seems recessed behind a plate that is part of the backside of the reservoir.

I know I need to get a tube wrench on that case it it high pressure. I just can't see how to do it without pulling the whole thing off. Anyone?

I just need to know for sure that I can change the pressurized PS Pump hose without removing the Pump and Resivoir.

Well, I had to losen the adjusting nut, move the unit towards the fender, then use a spaner wrench.
