im replacing the l/r brake line. i will have to bleed the rears. do i have to reset the valve? i have heard there are 2 types, a W and a D. how do i know which one i have? TIA

Andy, I'll email you a pic of the two types. Way easier than trying to describe them. smile.gif
I don't think(?) on an 88 you have to hold the button in or out on the prop valves anymore but just bleed the brakes normally.

Only if you're bleeding the front brakes.

anyway you can email the pics of the two types also? Im in the middle of doing my brakes and am more than a little confuesd as to which one I have or what im supposed to do to it while bleeding...
