its been cold lately in pa and the waggy does not go into gear right away until you warm it
up for about 10 min. a local tranny guy told me the seals are hard and to add some magic tranny
oil to soften them up. any thoughts on this or is something else going on? Also how do you guys usually have to
warm you wags up befor they run with out bogging or is time for a carb adjustment. I usually have to
wait 15 min until she will run right.

Try changing the fluid and filter, or have it flushed by a shop. When you refill it try some LUCAS transmission additive along with synthetic tranny fluid. The LUCAS stuff really works.

I think you probably need some kind of tune up adjustment. Mine used to run great when cold. I ripped most of my emissions off and now I'm having problems with the cold. I'll let you know what fixes mine.
