Anybody got a clue as to what order the vacuum lines reattach to the transfer case. BW 1339 in my 79 Cherokee. Lost the cv knuckle just in front of the transfer case and it beat the lines (rubber and steel) to a ragged pulp
Looking at the E-drive switch the center hose goes to the vac source, the left(drivers side) hose goes to the inner nipple(engage) on the vac diaphragm and the right hose goes to the outer/forward(disengage) nipple on the diaphragm on the x-case.

Hey Bryce, Do they let you drive on most of the beaches in OR? Seems like I see more things about closures. My parents live a few miles south of Bandon and I used to get out there some.

Reddog....Geahart beach north to the wreck of the Peter Iredale (10 - 15 miles) are open to traffic. Sometimes our local National Guard Reservation - Camp Rilea shuts a section of the beach down, but there's still some good beach combing to do, glass float and all. Mapquest has good overviews, and/or MS's Terraserver sight has airial views. We turn east and we can muck around in the cascade range. Wilamette industries (Paparand wood people) have alot of gates, but there's a few areas left to play. Long Beach , WA. 20min away still has a drive on beach too.
