Turns out I gues because its a new carb that when I was giving it full throttle the little spring in front of the carb that holds up a rod and some kinde of pump underneath was not going down. I reach up and plunged it manually a few times and walla it runs fine now. Must of been jammed or something weird. Im gonna assume this is the power valve.
